At LUMEO, we believe every love story deserves a one-of-a-kind creation. Our bespoke jewelry service transforms your ideas—whether a hand-drawn sketch, an heirloom inspiration, or simply a vision described in words—into a piece crafted with precision and soul.
Step 1:
Design Consultation
Begin your journey by scheduling a private consultation with our design specialist. Together, we’ll explore your story, inspirations, and desired aesthetic. You may share your own hand-drafted concept or describe it verbally—our experts will translate your vision into an initial creative direction.
Step 2:
Concept Development & 3D Rendering
To start your bespoke project, LUMEO requires a $1,000 non-refundable design fee.
This fee includes:
- Professional design sketching of your concept
- 3D image and video renderings to visualize every detail
- Design refinement sessions for revisions as needed
During this stage, our team will also provide a production cost estimate, calculated based on your chosen materials, the current lab-grown diamond grade, and gold or platinum market prices.

Step 3:
Crafting Your Piece
Once the design and quote are approved, production begins upon full payment of the production cost (non-refundable).
Your piece moves through each stage of fine craftsmanship—
casting, stone setting, polishing, and final finishing.
The process typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on design complexity.
Step 4:
Final Review & Delivery
Before shipping, we’ll share a 360° high-definition video of your finished creation.
Should you wish to make any modifications, re-production fees will apply based on the scope of revision.
Once approved, your jewelry is securely packaged and delivered within approximately 7 business days.
