All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

We do not currently offer bank transfers or third-party financing.

We ship nationwide across the United States and to most international destinations.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses, as all orders require a signature upon delivery.

All pieces are crafted and shipped from our U.S. studio, using insured express delivery for safety and speed.

Shipping within the United States is complimentary and fully insured.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include full insurance coverage.

Ready-to-Ship pieces: Ship within 7 business days.

Made-to-Order jewelry: Ships within 4–6 weeks, depending on production complexity.

All U.S. orders include applicable state sales tax at checkout—no additional duties are required.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included and may be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

Yes. Once your jewelry is securely packaged and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and insurance details.

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@lumeojewelry.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Yes. To ensure safe delivery of fine jewelry, all shipments require a signature upon receipt.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for store credit.

After this period, production begins and orders become final sale.

We do not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery, as each piece is packaged and insured with care.

Returns & Exchange

Because every Lumeo ring is handcrafted specifically for you (not pulled from a warehouse shelf), we generally cannot accept returns for "change of mind." Once production begins, your piece is considered final sale.

However, we understand that life happens. In rare cases where a return is approved within 7 days of delivery, a 30% Labor & Material Recovery Fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the cost of the gold casting, diamond setting, and labor used to create your unique piece.

  • Note: The item must be unworn, in original packaging, and pre-approved by our team.

It depends on the type of ring you purchased:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Yes! If you purchased a pre-made item from our "Ready to Ship" collection, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days, provided it is unworn and in original condition.
  • Made-to-Order Rings: Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change styles after receiving your ring, it will be treated as a return (subject to the 30% recovery fee), and a new order would need to be placed.

Don't worry—we want your ring to fit perfectly. While we cannot exchange the ring itself, we offer One Complimentary Resizing within 1 year of purchase.

  • We can adjust most rings up or down by 2 sizes.
  • You simply cover the insured shipping to and from our studio.
  • To start a resize, email support@lumeojewelry.com.

To initiate a request, please email support@lumeojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unworn, within 7 days).
  • If approved, we will provide instructions on how to package your item safely.
  • Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of secure, insured return shipping to our studio.

We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%. If your ring arrives with any defect or does not match the specifications of your GIA/IGI certificate, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair or return at no cost to you. Your "Lifetime Warranty" covers any manufacturing defects forever.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hoursof placing it. After 24 hours, our jewelers begin the casting process, and the order is subject to the 30% Labor & Material Recovery Fee.

Engraved or highly customized pieces are created uniquely for your story. Because they cannot be restocked or resold to anyone else, these items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected by our gemologist (usually within 3 business days), we will process your refund minus the 30% recovery fee and any shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation, and funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Materials & Craftsmanship

We use solid 18K gold/Platinum and lab-grown diamonds for every LUMEO piece. No plating, no vermeil—just lasting fine jewelry designed for everyday wear.

Plated or vermeil jewelry only has a thin layer of gold over a base metal. Over time, that layer wears off, exposing the metal underneath and dulling its shine.

Solid 18K gold/Platinum, on the other hand, keeps its color, value, and integrity forever—it won’t peel, fade, or tarnish, even with daily wear.

They’re identical in composition and brilliance to mined diamonds but created with a lower environmental impact.

Yes. They’re genuine diamonds made of pure carbon, optically and physically identical to mined ones.

Yes, ​GIA, HRD, and IGI all grade lab-grown diamonds and all four pieces featuring a diamond above 0.5ct come with one of these certificates.

Soak your piece in warm water with mild dish soap for 15 minutes, gently brush with a soft baby toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
